Meet Our Staff

David Long, Associate Pastor

Linda Springer, Associate Minister

David, and his wife Teresa, joined the ministry staff of First Assembly in January of 2002.  David received his BA in Church Ministries from Southeastern College of the Assemblies of God, and his MA in Biblical Studies from Reformed Theological Seminary.  David oversees the Christian Education and Children's Ministries.  The Longs have two children, Katie and Jonathon.

Linda, and her husband Bernie, joined the ministry staff of First Assembly in November of 1987 as part-time Minister of Music.  Linda received her BS in Church Music from East Coast Bible College, and her MM in Church Music from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary.  She is currently serving as Minister of Finances, Directing the Sanctuary Choir.  Linda is an ordained minister with the Assemblies of God.  The Springers have two children, Jordan and Stacia.

Kathy Potter, Office and Ministries

Kathy has been involved in ministry since her marriage to Pastor Potter 40 years ago.  She is the office coordinator, oversees the publications, and is a gifted pianist.

Reynell Sirum, Church Secretary

Reynell was our secretary from November of 2000 and left in May of 2002 due to family needs. Only recently, in May of 2010, did she return full-time to her position as Chruch Secretary.  Reynell and her husdand David celebrated their 35th Wedding Anniversary in May. They have one son, Joshua Sirum.

Lorna Bell, Little Blessings Academy

Lorna is the DIrector of LBA since July of 2006.  She has an extensive background in child care.  Lorna and her husband, George are active members of the Church.  They moved here from Tarpon Springs, Florida.  They have two children, Danielle Sirum and Brian Bell.
